Requirements
- qualifications: Juris Doctor degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited law school Ten (10) years of environmental law practice in a private, public, government or military environment Additional
- Experience serving as in-house counsel handling environmental matters, including regulatory compliance counseling and regulatory enforcement defense, or
- experience serving as an attorney for an environmental regulatory or enforcement agency.
- Experience providing legal support for regulatory advocacy initiatives, including participation in notice and comment opportunities and rulemaking challenges.
- Experience engaging with federal and state regulators on environmental matters.
- Experience engaging with environmental regulators and enforcement agencies globally.
- Experience with administrative law and procedure, including
- experience preparing for and participating in administrative hearings and permitting processes.
- Experience managing or coordinating large, cross-functional teams.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including business leaders, department leaders, and director-level management Long-term, strategic and practical thinker Self-starter with the ability to triage and manage time-sensitive matters simultaneously and effectively Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate transparently, efficiently and effectively at all levels within a team environment Honesty and unwavering

- Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $250,253 - $305,864, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
