Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders
Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews by navigating complex scheduling scenarios across multiple stakeholders
Handle candidate travel arrangements and expenses for in-person interviewing
A track record of high accuracy and attention to detail

As one of the first points of contact for candidates, you'll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey
Executing other post-interviewing tasks such as scheduling debriefs and reference checks, and generating offer letters.
Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs
Proactive approach to resolving ambiguous challenges
An interest in technology and artificial intelligence
