Responsibilities
- Research and Quality Improvement: Participate in research and quality improvement projects focused on home-based CHF management and the effectiveness of GDMT in reducing hospitalizations and improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Certification in cardiology or CHF management would be ideal but not required •
- Experience in managing CHF patients, particularly in a home-based setting is ideal but not required
- Strong knowledge of GDMT and CHF management guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Benefits:
