Responsibilities

Drive initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, including performance management, feedback culture, and engagement strategies tailored to local context. •
Guide leaders and teams through periods of change, including business transformation and growth-related evolution. •
Collaborate strongly across People Ops, Employment Legal, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless HR delivery, optimize processes, and balance risk. •

experience at a senior, strategic level. • Strong
experience partnering within Global, APAC and GTM-facing roles. •
Experience in tech/high-growth/scale-up environments is required. •
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and
experience working across multiple APAC markets. •
Experience managing complex employee relations and a strong understanding of local and regional compliance frameworks. • Hands-on
experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) as part of your regular daily work flow
Proven ability to balance proactive, strategic thinking with hands-on execution. •
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust. •
