Requirements
- LaunchDarkly is looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of software delivery on the AI Configs team.
- As a Frontend Engineer on LaunchDarkly’s AI Configs team, you'll build critical interfaces that customers interact with on a daily basis that enable customer to evaluate, release, monitor, and iterate on their agents in production.
- LaunchDarkly’s AI Configs team is on a mission to manage the complete software development lifecycle for agents, from configuring to benchmarking to observing and beyond.
- experience to facilitate strategic discussions that align technical solutions with business goals, ensuring the delivery of scalable and effective features. •
- Ensure that each feature provides robust observability into system behavior and customer usage patterns post-launch, applying a deep understanding of both technical and user
- experience with a focus on frontend development, or equivalent demonstrable skills and experience. •
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling, such as React. •
- Experience working directly with customers and understands how their work impacts business goals •
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions •
- Proven ability to work closely and collaborate with cross functional partners, like product, design, and data scientists. •
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on maintainability and extensibility. •
- Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools and practices. •
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •
