- Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care Triage phone calls
Requirements
- Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must be licensed in NJ as a Registered Nurse by New Jersey State Board of Nursing in
- Must have excellent assessment skills and problem solving skills.
- knowledge of case management processes.
- The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
Experience
- One year of RN experience. Hospice experience preferred.
