Responsibilities
- Support the resolution of complex client scenarios by conducting deep-dive data research and root-cause analysis.
- Oversee the integrity of client-facing financial reports, ensuring data aligns with contractual obligations and client expectations.
Requirements
- You will be a trusted advisor to both internal Account Management leadership and client financial teams, ensuring that every strategic decision is backed by rigorous analysis and a deep understanding of SmithRx financial components. What you will do:
- Deep fluency in the pharmacy
- benefits space, including an understanding of AWP, NADAC, rebates, formulary impact, and pharmacy network modeling. 5+ years of
- experience in data analysis, financial underwriting, or actuarial support within the healthcare and/or PBM industry.
- Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, modeling).
- The unique ability to translate "data-speak" into executive-level insights for C-suite leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience required.
