EMEA Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data to external payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll sign-off.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate payroll disbursements, employee payments, and responses to payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, SOX controls, and audit standards across all payroll activities.
  • Support month-end close activities and resolve internal and external audit matters in a timely manner.
  • Build effective working relationships with Finance, HR, payroll partners, and banking providers to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, ADP payroll systems, and Time & Attendance (T&A) tools.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, building strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance operational and financial priorities to deliver timely, proactive, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.

  • For our office in Cork, we are looking for a EMEA Payroll Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to support monthly payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries within a blended Local and Shared Service model.
  • Reporting to the International Payroll Manager EMEA, the role partners closely with Finance, HR, external payroll providers, and banking partners to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing and employee payments.
  • What you will do with us: Manage and process monthly payroll for multiple EMEA countries using ADP Streamline, including providing backup support during team absences.
