Requirements
- We started Novo to challenge the status quo—we’re on a mission to increase the GDP of the modern entrepreneur by creating the go-to banking platform for small businesses (SMBs).
- Requirements for the Role: - Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in business, economics, finance, or other technical disciplines. - 3-5 years
- experience working in KYC/compliance related role in the financial services/banking industry - Background working in U.S. markets, in a fintech/tech company, or both. - Comfortable working in the US Shift - Strong understanding of AML compliance, KYC due diligence, screening and financial crime. -
- Experience with Screening/Data mining and using different search engines in prior role - An interest in financial crime and idea of digging deeper, looking into customer behaviors and identifying key characteristics of fraudulent users.
- - Work on process improvements, conducting training and develop standard operating procedures - Ability to oversee critical analytics projects from end to end independently.
- - Ability to think outside the box, work with limited data, and find solutions to unorthodox problems.
- - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities; focused on getting things done in a highly organized way.
