Requirements

  • We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our AI team in San Francisco.
  • In this role, you will help own and evolve Asana’s AI-powered product strategy end-to-end: from the infrastructure that makes workflows intelligent and agentic, to the systems that ensure reliability and governance, to the delightful product experiences that help customers design, discover, and scale their processes.
  • Asana is pioneering a new category of technology as the human<>agent operating system, and doubling down on our AI Suite.
  • This team is at the epicenter of driving our customers toward a broader, more intelligent, and more cohesive AI collaboration experience.
  • Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
  • This team’s work powers a crucial part of the AI Suite (Asana's consumption-based AI offering going live in July), serving as one of Asana's most critical ARR growth levers and key long-term product differentiators. About you
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
  • Strong technical competency in translating complex systems (like workflow architectures, platform rules, and AI capabilities) into seamless, intuitive end-user product surfaces.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.

Experience

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally focusing on AI platform strategy, agentic workflows, or large-scale AI-powered applications.

  • You will join our Product Management team, which drives Asana’s product strategy and works cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions that help teams see the larger purpose behind their work.
  • This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
  • The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
