Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the international go-to-market strategy for Figma for Education, prioritizing India, Brazil, Singapore, and Australia to start. This will include K12, higher ed and bootcamps
- Hire, manage, and support a team of regional education leads
- Develop scalable processes for selling, onboarding, and supporting education customers, and cultivate relationships with Boards of Education, university leadership, and bootcamp operators
- Design and launch community programs to build awareness and engagement in each region
- Measure success through data-driven insights, tracking adoption, engagement, and impact across global education markets
- A track record of launching and scaling programs and/or products in new markets from 0 to 1

- As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for an International Go-to-Market Lead to drive Figma for Education's expansion into new markets, starting with India, Brazil, Singapore, and Australia.
- We're on a mission to bring Figma to classrooms worldwide—and we need a strategic, inventive, and resourceful leader to help us scale our impact globally.
- Partner with Legal, Sales, and Marketing to ensure regional compliance, messaging alignment, and local go-to-market execution
- experience in international expansion, go-to-market strategy, education sales, partnerships, consulting, business operations or program management
- Education industry experience, with knowledge of K-12, higher ed, and/or bootcamp landscapes, personas and adoption
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with government bodies, school leaders, and industry partners across multiple regions
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results without established playbooks or large teams While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have: •
