As an Associate General Counsel, you’ll be the key to unlocking Topsort’s next stage of growth, building a strong and flexible legal foundation, and supporting complex negotiations with top retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps across the U.S. and Canada.
Education & Licensing: For U.S. candidates, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in the U.S. are required.
For Spain candidates, a qualifying law degree and an active license to practice law in Spain are required.
Legal Expertise: Strong skills in legal writing and commercial negotiation; expertise in MA or CA employment law is a plus.
Startup Mindset: Ability to work hard, move fast, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
You thrive with ambiguity : Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments, turning chaos into structured innovation.
