Responsibilities

Lead compliant global trade operations as an Associate Manager, Customs in EMEA. The opportunity:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customs Specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Oversee daily customs brokerage operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to EMEA customs regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows and client experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to resolve complex customs issues and support strategic initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators and drive initiatives to meet or exceed operational targets and compliance standards. You should have: 5+ years of

experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or a related field within the logistics industry. Proven
experience leading and managing a team, with a focus on coaching and development.
In-depth knowledge of EMEA customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
