Responsibilities
- Own the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases of the sales cycle and provide a consultative approach in advising customers. •
- Create and deliver custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle •
- Perform business and technical discovery with customer prospects and be able to architect/build proposed solutions using Workato products •
- Successfully manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote •
- Collect feedback from the field, synthesize, analyze and channel to Product Management and Engineering for product roadmap •

- In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to articulate technology and communicate the value of Workato’s products to prospective business and technical users and buyers with a focus on enterprise applications.
- As a Solutions Consultant , you will be part of Workato’s Global Solution Consulting team and architecture community and own the technical alignment with the customer during the pre-sales lifecycle through workshops and interactions that define the customer’s future state for AI agents.
- experience in a SaaS organization •
- Strong background and knowledge in enterprise integration and automation across multiple verticals • Hands-on
- experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs and databases •
- Experience with cloud technologies - iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure •
- Experience developing customer-specific value propositions and roadmaps •
- Good knowledge of integration vendors including MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, Snaplogic etc. •
- Knowledge and understanding of how AI is transforming the integration and orchestration market through agents ( ‘genies’ in Workato) - practical experience is a plus •
