Responsibilities
- Own the Long Range Plan, aligning capital allocation and growth assumptions with the company’s long-term vision.
- Build and maintain models to measure and improve unit economics across customers, customer segments, cohorts and channels.
- Deliver clear, executive-ready materials for monthly reviews and board discussions that distill data into clear and actional narratives.
- Define and track KPIs and leading indicators of business performance to drive operational improvements.
Requirements
- Partner with GTM teams on pricing strategy and proposals.
- experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy & operations, FP&A, or related finance roles with operational
- experience at a fast-paced, scaling company. •
- Experience with subscription business models, including an understanding of ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics. •
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and R&D teams, with a track record of influencing decisions through insight.
- Exceptionally strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch in a high growth, operationally complex environment.
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
