Responsibilities

Map how their permitting work really happens, not the demo version. - Prototype against the customer's real data and integrations (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, Procore, and others) during the pilot.
Ship a working slice that earns the deal. - Turn the messy, customer-specific rules you find into reusable product, not one-off code. - Build production feedback loops.

Our HQ is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week).
We prefer NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation.
You write code, scope integrations, and build working software on the customer's real data and systems.
You join our biggest enterprise deals early, prove the product works before the customer signs, and then turn what you learn into product the whole platform can use.
You sit on our Growth team inside Engineering, Product, and Design.
Your job is to get new customers to value fast and to bring customer reality back to the rest of the team.
You will help define how we do forward deployment at PermitFlow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Sit with customer operations during pre-sale and early pilots.
What you build for the first customer becomes a setting the next customer can turn on. - Champion the customer perspective inside the company.
