HR & Site Service/External Affair Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all general affairs functions at the plant site, ensuring efficient administrative support, facility management, security, logistics, and workplace services to enable smooth and compliant plant operations.

Requirements

  • The Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
  • experience in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, HR Operations, and Business Partner role and must have worked in manufacturing or plant environments. Minimum 5–10 years of
  • experience in community relation, government relations, General Affairs, CSR, Facilities Management in industrial or plant operations.
  • Experience in handling Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) and union negotiations is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Relation, labor laws, union practices, dispute resolution processes, HR Practises and Processes, local regulation framework, local culture and community dynamics is a must.
  • experience in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of facility operations, vendor management, and administrative processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage sensitive issues, and work in complex environments.
  • Understanding ISO system and having ISO certification is a plus.
