- responsibilities include coaching and guiding Account Executives and your extended cross-functional sales team to ensure exceptional sales execution (forecast and pipeline health), professionalism, and customer value across SUSE's entire portfolio.
Requirements
- experience leading a successful sales team selling Enterprise Software (Open source SW/SaaS/Cloud etc) Strong sales leadership
- experience both working in direct sales and indirect (partner) structures Proven ability to understand and drive sales process from plan to close, able to add value and “make” deals Ability to manage and work with teams in different countries
- Experience in all routes to market & Open Source is a pre.
- Able to work in a matrix environment with both direct and indirect reports in team Preferable would-be candidate that can demonstrate Opensource knowledge and expertise Proven ability to represent your team and SUSE both within and outside the company Growth mindset with high EQ Passionate and Result-driven Adaptable, agile and has a servant leader approach Drives change Strong communicator, can engage their audience both internally and externally Collaborative Builds diverse and inclusive teams Naturally
