Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and own our GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and Terraform IaC - Own CI/CD across all services — end to end - Build internal platforms and tooling that help product engineers ship with less friction - Use AI to automate platform work that used to require a human - Respond to incidents, own the postmortem, and close the loop so they don't repeat - Partner with Engineering, IT, and Security to build the pipelines our products run on WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED - 5+ years in
experience in production - Solid Terraform or equivalent IaC
experience - A track record of building internal systems other teams depend on and trust - You've been on-call for things you built, and you have real opinions about what that taught you - You use AI tools in your own work and can speak to how and why NICE TO HAVE - Google Cloud Platform (our primary cloud) - ArgoCD
experience - TypeScript or Go - Fintech, Payments, or GovTech background - SOC 2, FedRAMP, or PCI
