Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage content conversion and delivery timelines
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Support creation of build specifications for course development
- Create sample courses and variations for client review
- Perform bulk content updates and organization (e.g., study task structuring)
- Support replication and propagation of course elements across builds Quality Assurance
- Conduct course spot checks and testing to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Review vendor-delivered content and flag issues
- Support QA feedback tracking and resolution
Requirements
- Over time, support platform demos and basic client training (as appropriate) What We’re Looking For

- Fast learner with the ability to pick up new platforms, workflows, and processes with minimal guidance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced, project-based environment
- Experience with project coordination, QA, or content management
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms—especially in an administrative or course-building capacity •
