- This role is especially relevant for candidates who are curious about artificial intelligence (AI), agentic design practices, and how emerging technologies can help people complete complex work with greater clarity, trust, and control.
- Strong fundamentals in interaction design, hierarchy, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) design tools and workflows, including Figma, Lovable, Cursor, or similar tools used for exploration, prototyping, and design iteration.
- Understanding of agentic design practices, including designing experiences where AI systems can plan, act, explain their reasoning, request confirmation, recover from errors, and keep users in control. Some
- experience with user research, competitive research, or secondary research, with the ability to translate findings into clear design decisions and product recommendations.
- Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights.
- Sprinklr is here to do three things: Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.
