Responsibilities
- RUN THE EDITORIAL SYSTEM - Own the editorial calendar end-to-end across Conveo's company accounts, founder accounts, and supporting voices. - Design the content hierarchy.
- SHAPE VOICES, NOT JUST POSTS - Ghostwrite and operate the personal accounts of Dieter (CEO), Hendrik (CPO), Niels (Head of Research), and our supporting voice network of 6+ operators. - Build a distinct point of view for each voice.
- Map their expertise, their pet topics, their tone, their cadence. - Stand up the operating system behind it: source extraction, draft generation, voice review, scheduling, engagement loops. 3.
- ENGINEER VIRAL MOMENTS - Constantly hunt for trends, product launches, industry shifts, and cultural beats worth hijacking. - Turn complex AI and research ideas into simple, sharp, opinionated takes. - Engineer virality through hooks, framing, speed, and repetition. Not hope. 5.
