Responsibilities

Lead the charge in integrating AI and automation into our transfer pricing workflow.
Oversee the end-to-end global transfer pricing lifecycle, including the preparation and review of Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
Lead the operational transfer pricing process—setting, monitoring, and adjusting intercompany prices throughout the year to ensure legal entities hit target profitability as well as ensure that the quarterly close calculations are robust and accurate.
Document complex intercompany transactions and develop robust policies for the valuation of intangible assets (IP), know-how, and customer relationships.
Manage global transfer pricing audits and controversy matters, acting as the primary point of contact for external advisors and tax authorities.

This includes automating benchmark searches, using AI for draft local file narratives, and building "self-service" intercompany models.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Law. CPA, CTA, or JD/LLM in Tax is highly preferred.
experience in Big 4 public accounting or a high-growth US multinational corporation
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP/ EPM
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office. Desired:

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in Colorado or Washington D.C.: $116,960.00 - $146,200.00
Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $123,760.00 - $154,700.00
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $137,520.00-$171,900.00
This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following
