Senior Specialist, Ops Enablement & Automation

Responsibilities

Lead automation projects: Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional automation initiatives, from discovery through deployment and maintenance.
Design scalable systems: Build modular, efficient, and reusable solutions using OutSystems or other low-code platforms + n8n, Zapier, Make.com or other similar automation orchestration platforms.
Mentor and guide teammates: Support the growth of Automation Associates and Specialists by providing guidance, reviewing work, and sharing best practices.
Collaborate across functions: Partner with Ops, Product, and Data to align automation efforts with business needs and technical standards.
Optimize performance and impact: Monitor usage, improve resilience, and ensure automations are driving measurable time savings and quality gains.
Champion documentation and quality: Establish and maintain documentation and QA practices that ensure long-term maintainability and adoption.

Advanced automation delivery: You’re confident in designing and implementing robust workflows with n8n, Zapier or Make.com, leveraging APIs, writing scripts and implementing AI in advanced workflow trees.
Strong proficiency in n8n, Zapier or Make.com for complex automation development and orchestration Advanced
experience in building internal apps with OutSystems or similar low-code platforms
Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats like JSON Scripting
experience in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent
Familiarity in SQL and BI with Sigma, Looker, or other analytics tools for performance tracking

Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or Notion for documentation and team collaboration Compensation & Benefits:
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
The base pay range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000 .
This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
