Responsibilities
- Lead automation projects: Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional automation initiatives, from discovery through deployment and maintenance.
- Design scalable systems: Build modular, efficient, and reusable solutions using OutSystems or other low-code platforms + n8n, Zapier, Make.com or other similar automation orchestration platforms.
- Mentor and guide teammates: Support the growth of Automation Associates and Specialists by providing guidance, reviewing work, and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate across functions: Partner with Ops, Product, and Data to align automation efforts with business needs and technical standards.
- Optimize performance and impact: Monitor usage, improve resilience, and ensure automations are driving measurable time savings and quality gains.
- Champion documentation and quality: Establish and maintain documentation and QA practices that ensure long-term maintainability and adoption.
Requirements
- Advanced automation delivery: You’re confident in designing and implementing robust workflows with n8n, Zapier or Make.com, leveraging APIs, writing scripts and implementing AI in advanced workflow trees.
- Strong proficiency in n8n, Zapier or Make.com for complex automation development and orchestration Advanced
- experience in building internal apps with OutSystems or similar low-code platforms
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats like JSON Scripting
- experience in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent
- Familiarity in SQL and BI with Sigma, Looker, or other analytics tools for performance tracking

- At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
- The base pay range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000 .
- This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.

- This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration, Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week in our New York City Hub Office. About the Role:
- As a Senior Specialist in Ops Enablement & Automation, you’ll lead the delivery of complex automation and tooling projects that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency at scale.
- You’ll scope and build reliable workflow automations, architect smart internal tools, and collaborate across teams to ensure every solution is scalable, documented, and impactful.
- You’ll also support the development of junior teammates and contribute to team-wide standards and best practices.
