Responsibilities

Deliver structured customer training sessions using established materials and guidance to support the adoption of Keeper products
Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and (where applicable) webinars while encouraging participant engagement and interaction
Use and maintain existing training materials and learning resources, contributing minor updates or improvements when identified
Incorporate approved interactive elements into training sessions to support engagement and learning retention
Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and customer interactions to support continuity
Support basic LMS user needs, including login questions, course access, and directing users to appropriate training resources
Manage interviews and recruitment workflow
Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

The Bilingual Training Specialist, Portuguese delivers structured customer training to drive successful onboarding and foundational adoption of Keeper’s cybersecurity platforms.
Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning outcomes and address common questions
experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment
Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones Benefits
