- In this role, you will be part of a team of passionate engineers working to build and maintain our enterprise Kubernetes management system.
- Our goal is to make Rancher the premiere tool for deploying, managing, and operating Kubernetes and containerized workloads across on-prem datacenters, public clouds, and the edge.
- Responsibilities: Apply your unique mastery and recognized authority in relevant subject matter, including technologies, theories, and techniques related to Kubernetes, cloud-native, and distributed systems, to solve the complex challenges for the Rancher product.
- What you’ll bring: Unrivaled mastery and recognized authority in software engineering, with deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, distributed systems, and related cloud-native technologies.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the broader technology landscape and the ability to anticipate future trends and their implications for the Rancher product and the company.
- A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent exceptional professional
