- Experience teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Figma and demonstrated
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving workflows, including design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted design or prototyping
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex workflows or systems clearly — and a track record of confidently engaging large audiences in public speaking settings
- Thorough understanding of modern product design workflows, with hands-on
- Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.
Benefits
- If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
- Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual
