Professional Services Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Implement automations and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks and create more time for customer-facing work.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize and scale PS systems.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on margins, revenue, costs, program performance, and customer trends, delivering timely insights for leadership.

- Act as the go-to resource for all PS-related systems, processes, and analytics questions.
What you’ll bring: - A builder’s mindset, with the ability to direct the configuration and evolution of systems like Certinia and Salesforce to support a scaling PS org.
- A passion for efficiency, using automation, AI solutions, and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce overhead.
- The ability to collaborate closely with executives, supporting their strategy while also contributing your own insights to shape it.
- Expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with a working knowledge of SQL to update existing queries. - 4+ years of
experience in operations within enterprise software.
