Responsibilities
- Drive growth through expansion of merchant participation, category coverage, and offer variety.
- Ensure offers are structured to support strong activation, repeat usage, and delivered value.
- Establish and run clear cadences for content refresh and portfolio evolution.
- Ensure consistent content quality, reliability, and supply at scale.
- Identify trends and gaps across categories, merchant types, and offer mechanics.
Requirements
- experience in merchant‑funded offers, affiliate ecosystems, or loyalty content sourcing , who is energised by building and scaling high‑performing content portfolios for issuer card‑linked offer (CLO) programmes.
- Experience in financial services, loyalty platforms, affiliate networks, retail media, or marketplace ecosystems is highly valued.
- experience in merchant‑funded offers, affiliate marketing, loyalty content, or marketplace ecosystems.
- experience with commission‑based models.
- Data‑driven decision maker with the ability to translate insights into action.
