Responsibilities
- Process various types of invoices: 2-way PO, 3-way PO, non-PO
- Audit expense reimbursements exceptions in Concur expense platform to ensure compliance with company Travel and Expense policy
- Prepare monthly AP and T&E accruals and reconciliation s as assigned
- Establish good business relationships with internal business partners to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX controls, company policies, and procedures
- Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

- Must be able to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred, or related experience in accounting Minimum of 2 years’
- experience in A ccounts Payable and Travel & Expense
- Constantly work with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate strong understanding of data workflows and root cause analysis, accountability, compliance, confidentiality, adherence to company policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related accounting applications
- Excellent communications skills, and the ability to multitask and change priorities regularly

- JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE $44,000 - $73,000 The base salary range for this role is shown above.
