Responsibilities

You build structured hypotheses on what is broken, quantify the business impact, and clearly define what needs to be fixed and why it matters. - Solution Design: Based on your analysis, you design the ideal future-state process and operating model.
- Data-driven insights: You analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and scalability constraints.

qualifications to succeed in this role: - You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, STEM, or a related field with strong analytical rigor. - You have demonstrated professional excellence in fast moving, high-performing environments (e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, fast-scaling start-ups) or a huge appetite to be in this space. - You have strong communication skills in English (C1).
You take ownership and are hands-on. - Business-savvy: You have a clear understanding of what drives a business’ success, have a natural sense for numbers, and excel at building strong hypotheses when confronted with unclear issues.
