Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

Generate work orders, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance to mechanics & electricians as needed.
Oversee and enforce good record-keeping practices in SAP and the CMMS.
Lead and assist with the development of maintenance procedures and proactive maintenance programs Inspect the quality of performed maintenance work, as required Monitor status of jobs to ensure they are executed on time, on budget, and without compromising safety Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance Assist in creation and maintenance of Asset Integrity program and maintain Critical Equipment Lists Lead process controls
Ensure compliance with FMC cyber security standard for control systems.
Lead Alarm Management related activities at the site.
Provide day-to-day supervision of the hourly maintenance organization, ensuring the team is working safely and efficiently.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering preferred Minimum three years in manufacturing operations with specialty chemical, pharmaceutical or food additive plant
experience with PLCs and process control systems
Experience with SAP or similar CMMS, especially related to business systems Certifications or in-depth
experience with electrical safety standards Ability to manage multiple priorities and task completion dates, with strong time management Good problem-solving skills Result driven and self-starter Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to initiate process improvements Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interface with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle large amount of data in an organized manner, with high accuracy, and perform analysis Detail, deadline and customer service oriented, with the ability to integrate information to accurately understand and apply to an overall procedure and/or process.
