Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their recruiting needs and priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate
- Utilize recruiting software such as Gem Scheduling and Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- As the team behind v0, Next.js, and AI SDK, Vercel helps customers like Ramp, Supreme, PayPal, and Under Armour build for the AI-native web.
- experience throughout the recruitment process.
- experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role. Previous
- experience in a SaaS or tech startup environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the dynamics and pace of high-growth tech companies.
- Basic understanding of HR databases and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $96,000.00 - $125,000.00.
- Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
- Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
- The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
