- What You’ll Do: - This role is all about balancing: balancing priorities, finding the right balance between structure and speed, knowing when to apply a short-term fix versus something more durable, and balancing those unique engineers personalities - This role is all about saying yes: yes to speed, yes to crazy ideas, yes to team bonding, yes to coding one day and helping your IC through heartbreak the next day - This role is also all about saying no: our engineers need to be (appropriately) insulated
