Responsibilities
- Write and maintain product documentation, guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
- Create sales enablement materials, one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and customer-facing content.
- Support thought leadership content, articles, and executive communications.
- Edit and improve existing documentation and content for clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Build scalable content systems rather than creating one-off documents.
Requirements

- This is not a traditional content marketing role, nor is it purely technical documentation. You'll become deeply embedded in the business, working closely with product managers, engineers, GTM team, and company leadership to help communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- The next, you could be writing product documentation, or developing thought leadership content around the future of commerce and AI.
- Bachelor or Master degrees in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience writing across multiple formats, including documentation, articles, presentations, reports, and customer-facing content.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment with limited direction.
- Experience working with AI tools as part of your writing workflow.
- Background in technical writing, product marketing, journalism, consulting, or strategic communications is plus.
- You thrive with ambiguity: Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments, turning chaos into structured innovation.
- Urgency: A disproportionate sense of urgency in execution, while keeping scalability and the creation of replicable processes in mind to ensure long-term success.
