JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE $146,000 - $244,000 The base salary range for this role is shown above.

About the Role Sprinklr is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Director of Deal Desk to lead the commercial deal governance function supporting our global enterprise sales organization.
This leader will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Pricing, and Executive Leadership to structure and accelerate complex SaaS transactions while balancing growth, profitability, and operational rigor.
This role will own the evolution of Deal Desk processes, policies, systems, and team development at scale.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgment, operational leadership, analytical rigor, and executive presence within a fast-paced public SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do Lead and scale the global Deal Desk function supporting enterprise and strategic sales motions Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership on deal structuring, pricing strategy, contract terms, and approval governance Drive consistency and operational excellence across quote-to-close processes Review and approve complex/non-standard commercial terms including pricing, discounting, ramp structures, multi-year agreements, and payment schedules Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Revenue
