- We're looking for deeply technical Product Managers to own the AI Platform that powers Make and the agent: the distributed developer systems behind Figma Make, the agent infrastructure that integrates frontier models and MCP servers, the eval platform that drives continuous quality across our AI suite, and the context platform that personalizes AI outputs to customers' design systems.
- Grow with our customers: Expand adoption while developing a deep understanding of enterprise workflows, and deliver output that teams can trust at scale.
- The ability to read and reason about code, and to hold your own in technical design discussions on how AI systems (agents, LLMs, MCP) work
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn what you learn into shipped product

Experience
- 5+ years in product management, owning products from concept through launch
Benefits
- If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
- Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual
- For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
