Responsibilities
- Advise on org structure, team effectiveness, and leadership development to support G&A scaling
- Drive talent review and talent development processes across supported organizations
- Coach and develop leaders at all levels, from IC ‘s to managers to VPs, on people management, feedback, and performance
- Champion Vercel's culture and values, ensuring they're embedded in the day-to-day experience across G&A
- Identify and act on signals from engagement surveys, stay interviews, and team health check-ins
- Design and facilitate team offsites, workshops, and other programming that foster connection and alignment
- Ensure consistent and equitable application of HR policies, providing guidance to managers and employees alike
- Analyze and interpret people data and trends to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate across the broader People team on cross-functional initiatives and process improvements About You:
Requirements
- As the team behind Next.js, v0, and AI SDK, we create products that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
- Experience operating in a fast-scaling, global tech company; startup or high-growth background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior executives and operate as a genuine business partner, not just an HR service provider
- Experience with tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Notion highly preferred. Benefits:

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR generalist role supporting corporate / G&A functions •

- The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000.
- Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
- The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
