Responsibilities

Ensure high quality, “client ready” deliverables through an audit/evaluation process and personal accountability
Execute deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and provide clear insights on findings

experience to clients, consultants, and benefit brokers. The Client Delivery Analyst will interface with internal teams across the organization. What you will do:
Assist in preparing deliverables for operation teams that support a member’s transition experience to SmithRx
Experience in software, employee benefits, healthcare industries is a plus
Strong analytical skills – ability to work with data and develop key insights
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker and Tableau
Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners, even under the stress of a fast-paced business environment.

Metro Seattle - Washington Zone B $82,300 — $96,800 USD
Non metro Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia Zone C $74,800 — $88,000 USD Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: The range listed above reflects our standard pay scale and actual pay will vary based on work location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
