Early Career Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for interns and full-time candidates (including PhD), ensuring a smooth, uniform, and top-notch candidate experience
  • Construct creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, source, evaluate, and hire top early career talent across Figma
  • Drive candidate engagement through in-person and virtual events, partnering with stakeholders to create compelling experiences that convert top talent
  • Create strong and trusting relationships with all cross-functional teams including but not limited to Data Science, Engineering, and People teams (Workplace, Onboarding, BEI, Business Partners) We'd love to hear from you if you have: 4+ years of
  • A track record for creating inclusive practices across all early career functions
  • Proven track record of managing competing priorities with consistent follow-through across recruiting cycles Demonstrated
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring decisions

  • You'll partner cross-functionally with hiring managers, program partners, and the broader Early Career Recruiting team to build and scale how Figma hires the next generation of talent.
  • experience in full-cycle early career recruiting and programs, with a deep understanding of the early career lifecycle including PhD pipelines
  • experience owning full-cycle recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles, from pipeline build to close •
  • Experience driving candidate engagement through in-person and virtual recruiting events, from planning through execution
  • The ability to travel for campus, regional, and Figma hub events While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
  • Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.

Benefits

  • If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
  • Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual
  • For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
