What You'll Do Architect end-to-end integration solutions leveraging Sprinklr's platform integration capabilities, including dedicated connectors, native import/export workflows, and the Sprinklr REST API ecosystem.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of
experience in enterprise platform architecture, with a focus on integration design, middleware, and API-led connectivity across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise environments. 5+ years of
experience architecting and demonstrating integration solutions in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting capacity, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue impact.
Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns — including event-driven architecture, RESTful API design, webhook orchestration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and bi-directional CRM/CDP sync. Hands-on
experience with enterprise SaaS connector ecosystems such as CRMs, DAMs, lead management, workforce management and customer feedback platforms.
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and marketing automation platforms and their integration with engagement or CXM platforms.

Strong ability to perform deep-discovery of a customer's integration architecture and map it clearly to Sprinklr's platform capabilities — identifying quick wins, phased rollout paths, and long-term extensibility.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to and influence enterprise architects, IT decision-makers, and C-suite executives — translating technical integration concepts into business outcomes.
