Requirements
- Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI.
- From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world.
- Some of the most consequential problems at Figma don't belong to any one team: how our business model evolves as software shifts to AI and consumption, how we price and package what we're still inventing, where the next layer of growth comes from.

- Set the direction for how Figma monetizes the AI era: agents, consumption/usage-based billing, our APIs, and acquired businesses — with a real point of view on where the model is going, not just where it is
- experience at a high-growth software company (Product, Growth, Strategy & Ops, or BizOps) or a top-tier PE/VC firm
