Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative and general office needs
- Order and stock supplies and snacks and manage the lunch program to support daily workplace needs
- Oversee local vendors and contractors and ensure service levels are maintained
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements
- Promote a positive office culture and foster engagement and collaboration
- Support AV setup and meeting room functionality IT Support
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding IT setup including account provisioning, permissions, device setup and equipment collection
- Maintain IT asset inventory and track company devices and equipment
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or MSPs and escalate complex technical issues as needed
- Support basic security practices including MFA setup, access control and device encryption
- Maintain IT documentation and simple troubleshooting guides
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, service oriented and comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues while creating a world class workplace environment.
- Provide basic macOS troubleshooting and hands on technical support Requirements
- experience in a professional environment
- Familiarity with macOS and common workplace tools and platforms •
- Experience working with property management teams
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams
