- Experience in programming .NET / Java applications, with cloud
- experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) - Proven track record in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles - Expertise in diverse technical topics, including software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to customer success - The role requires English fluency, and resumes must be submitted in English Highly Valued
- Experience with AI or agentic frameworks like ChatGPT,.Claude, LangGraph, CrewAI, or familiarity with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and MCP, etc -
