- Identify and address organisational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across teams, proactively surface and embed regional context in your work with partners

- In this role, you'll serve as the dedicated People Partner for Figma's EMEA region, working closely with leaders across the regions (mostly GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product Support) in the UK, France & Germany predominantly.
- Act as the primary People Partner presence for the EMEA - the first point of contact for leaders across levels, GTM functions, and markets, bringing local context & understanding, and regional business understanding to your partnerships
- Support in developing and driving an EMEA people strategy in line with regional GTM priorities and broader Figma people strategy
- Explore and embed AI tools and approaches that extend your reach and impact across the region - whether through smarter use of people analytics, scaled manager enablement, or more efficient ways of working - and share learnings with the broader People Partner team We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company, we well as multi-jurisdiction EMEA
- experience - practical working knowledge of employment law, cultural norms, and people practices across multiple jurisdictions
- experience spanning Employee Relations & Operations, as well as strategic business partnering and partnering with GTM or revenue organisations (Sales, Marketing, and/or Product Support), with an understanding of go-to-market dynamics
- Strong understanding of cultural nuance and the ability to adapt your approach across the diverse markets across EMEA
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, including when operating remotely from CoEs •
