Responsibilities
- - Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events.
- - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop event content, messaging, and engagement strategies.
- - Oversee booth design, branding, promotional materials, and sponsorship activations to maximize brand impact.
- - Track and analyze event ROI and key performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- experience managing B2B events in the technology, fintech, or cybersecurity industries, with a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless event execution. Location
- experience in event planning, marketing events, or trade show management, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention. - Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, from small executive roundtables to large industry conferences. - Strong understanding of event marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement strategies. - Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills. -
- Experience managing event production, sponsorships, and vendor partnerships. - Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align event strategies with business objectives. - Proficiency with event management tools (Cvent, Eventbrite, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar). - Strong communication and presentation skills, with an eye for branding and storytelling. - Willingness to travel for on-site event management as needed.
