Responsibilities
- Workflow Automation: Build and maintain advanced Rippling workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle triggers to recover team capacity.
Requirements
- Reporting to the Director of Global People Operations, you will own the evolution of our HR tech stack, moving us from manual processes to sophisticated, AI-driven automation that unlocks capacity across the entire People team.
- experience in HRIS or People Analytics.
- You are an early adopter of AI tools and have the technical aptitude to translate complex business needs into elegant system configurations.
- AI Implementation: Lead the Rippling AI adoption strategy and pilot new HR AI tools to keep Taskrabbit at the forefront of modern People operations.
- experience managing Rippling (highly preferred), Greenhouse, and Lattice.
- AI Literacy: Practical
- experience or high proficiency in implementing AI-driven features within SaaS platforms.
- Systems Integration: Strong understanding of how HRIS, ATS, and Performance tools sync and transfer data.

- At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus +
- benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $105,00-$160,000.
- This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
