Responsibilities

- DRIVE TECHNICAL SALES EXCELLENCE Establish best practices for discovery, demos, proof-of-value engagements, and technical deal strategy.
- Coach the team through complex opportunities and competitive situations.
- BUILD SCALABLE PROCESSES Develop onboarding, playbooks, and repeatable sales engineering motions that enable the team to scale effectively.
- COLLABORATE CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Enablement to improve customer outcomes and bring field feedback into the business.
