- - Design and oversee the development of scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure to support reliable reporting and analysis.

- This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that requires strong technical judgment, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.
- experience in analytics, data science, analytics engineering, or data engineering roles. - 3+ years of
- experience leading analytics or data teams, ideally in a high-growth startup or technology company. - Proven
- experience building analytics functions and teams from early-stage to scale. - Strong
- experience designing modern analytics stacks, including data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI tools. - Deep understanding of data modeling, metrics frameworks, data governance, and data quality practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
