Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on sales strategies, customer engagement, and pipeline management. - Collaborate with senior leadership to set and implement sales strategies that align with Mural’s growth objectives, ensuring efficient prospecting, outreach, and consultative selling approaches. - Track and assess team performance through key metrics and KPIs.
- Regularly review individual and team progress against goals, providing coaching to optimize outcomes. - Work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing to ensure coordinated customer interactions and optimize lead generation and conversion. - Develop and refine processes for AEs, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- experience in sales with 2+ years of people management
- experience in a B2B SaaS environment - Coaching mindset: you invest in developing people, give direct and actionable feedback, and know how to tailor your approach to where each rep is in their growth - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
- - Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools; familiarity with Pocus, Drift, and similar tools is a plus.

Benefits
- The base salary + variable pay for this role ranges from $260,000 - $350,000 + benefits.
- Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
